The founder of our company, Carlos Gonzalez, is a member of and is a Certified Real Estate Inspector with the National Association of Home Inspectors®(NAHI), is a member of interNACHI (National Association of Certified Home Inspectors), is a member and is Certified by the International Code Council Association (ICC) as a Building Code Inspector, is a Certified Mold Inspector (CMI), and is a Certified Windstorm Mitigation Inspector with the Department of Financial Services. Our directors and staff have over 20 years combined experience. We are family owned and operated. Atlantic has performed over 6,000 inspections in South Florida.

All of our home inspectors are Certified Real Estate Inspectors (CRI) through NAHI. Our pre-purchase inspection reports conform to and exceed the NAHI® Standards of Practice. Our reports are computerized and customized for each property.
